The P6138A probe is a compact, high-impedance, 10X passive probe designed for use with Tektronix TDS 400 series digitizing oscillosopes. The P6138A probe meets the requirements of UL3111-1 for ground-referenced applications and is fully compatible with the Tektronix family of 3.5 mm probe accessories.
