The Keithley 4210-CVU can be used to conduct tests for making both low frequency C-V measurements using the VLF C-V technique and also high frequency C-V measurements using the Keithley 4210- CVU Capacitance Voltage Unit. It also has one I-V test for initial screening of leakage current for test devices with unknown characteristics. The Keitley 4210-CVU has capacities of 1 kHz-10 MHz Capacitance Voltage Measurement Unit.

The Keithley C-V measurements are now as easy to perform as I-V measurements with the integrated C-V card, the Keithley 4210-CVU. This optional capacitance-voltage card performs capacitance measurements from femtofarads (fF) to microfarads (µF) at frequencies from 1 kHz to 10 MHz. It also supplies diagnostic tools that ensure the validity of your C-V test results. With this system, you can configure linear or custom C-V, C-f, and C-t sweeps with up to 4096 data points. Futhermore, through the open environment of the Keithley 4200-SCS, you can modify any of the included test.
