Eye Diagram An eye diagram is an oscilloscope display in which a high-speed digital signal is repetitively sampled and applied to the vertical input, while the data rate is used to trigger the horizontal sweep. The combined effects of channel and dispersion can be evaluated from the Eye opening, width, and height. Mask tests and Eye Measurements are included.
Jitter Analysis
Jitter analysis includes TIE data, jitter spectrum, DJ, PJ, and more. The various jitter components can be decomposed based on TIE data and analyzed in time and frequency domains.
