Transformers

We provide current transformers and shunt resistors for the measurement and monitoring of electrical current. Transformers have the ability to transform high voltages to lower output, enabling meters and other instruments to accurately measure currents flowing through a range of equipment. Our shunt resistors are sensors that measure AC or DC currents. The measurements are based on the current’s voltage drop across the resistance. After voltage is measured at the resistor, Ohm’s law can then be used to calculate the actual current measurement.
