Product Highlights

The Fluke ii905 Acoustic Imager with LeakQ helps maintenance teams to detect, locate, and assess gas and vacuum leaks. The on-device algorithms and analysis software included in LeakQ mode estimate a leak's size and cost. The integrated visual- and textual tagging and annotation functionalities offer important details to optimize reporting and follow-up actions. Without the need for training, maintenance teams can now inspect for gas and vacuum leaks even during peak production periods. The 7" LCD touchscreen overlays a SoundMap on a visual image for quick location identification and report of findings. The on-device algorithms and analysis software included in LeakQ mode provide an estimation of the size and the cost of a leak.

Leaks: Hidden Costs Due to Leaks in Compressed

Air, Gas, Steam, and Vacuum Systems. While most manufacturers know these leaks exist, addressing them has been time-consuming and tedious. With the Fluke ii-series and minimal training, your maintenance techniciansn can begin checking for leaks during their typical maintenancenroutine—even during peak operation hours. The ii-seriesnacoustic imagers let technicians see sound as they scannhoses, fittings, and connections for leaks. Its built-in acoustic array of tiny sensitive microphones generates a spectrumnof decibel levels per frequency. Based on this output, annalgorithm calculates a sound image, known as SoundMap, that is superimposed on a visual image. The SoundMap is automatically adapted depending on the frequency level selected so that background noise is filtered out, making it incredibly simple to detect compressed gas leaks.
