Remote Validation Services

Full-Service Option

NEXA | EAM’s full-service option is our standard service delivery. This is where a NEXA | EAM Compliance Engineer will develop the qualification protocol, prepare our equipment, and complete the full-scope of testing at your facility. Our customers are responsible for protocol pre-approval, and final approval of the qualification by signing the qualification summary report (QSR).

Remote Validation

We’re pleased to also offer a remote validation service option on controlled temperature units that operate between 2 to 45°C. This service delivery is designed to facilitate social distancing and offers cost-savings by eliminating the travel and onsite charges applied to the full-service option.

NEXA | EAM assigns a compliance engineer to fully manage the qualification – from protocol development, equipment preparation, data collection, report generation, all the way to final approval.

The customer assigns a technician to receive the equipment, place the dataloggers, document results in the protocol, and coordinate with NEXA | EAM’s compliance engineer to facilitate the protocol testing. No prior validation experience is necessary for the customer’s assigned lab technician, as we provide all testing equipment, a simplified process, and remote support for each step of the way.

By leveraging our suite of Bluetooth dataloggers and the provided iPad, we are able to remotely view live readings and video conference with your assigned team member to enable a virtual shoulder to shoulder experience. This capitalizes on our vast qualification experience of our compliance engineers – while reducing exposure of both teams.
