Transcat's San Juan Puerto Rico Calibration Lab

Our San Juan lab is the only ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited facility in the Caribbean covering measurements for electrical, pressure, humidity, temperature and mass. We can calibrate mass assets from 1 mg to 10 kg, with tolerances up to ANSI/ASTM E617 Class 1, as well as 1 mg to 25 kg, with tolerances up to ANSI/ASTM E617 Class 6 or NIST 105-1 Class F. We also offer humidity calibrations from 10 to 95% relative humidity. The San Juan lab provides these unique capabilities to serve some of the island’s largest life sciences companies. One third of our technicians have earned ASQ’s Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) designation.

We are the only full service calibration company provider with a large inventory of test and measurement products and 24 calibration facilities in North America to serve you. This network of facilities gives Transcat the broadest calibration capability of any provider in the Caribbean.

Accredited Reference Level Capabilities

We also offer Reference Level Calibrations in multiple disciplines with faster turnaround than the OEM. Few commercial calibration operations are willing or able to develop the quality systems that allow Transcat to offer ISO/IEC 17025 accredited reference level calibrations. In fact, Transcat is one of a select few commercial calibration operations qualified to be accredited as a Reference Laboratory in the disciplines of Temperature, Electrical, Pressure, Dimensional, Mass and Humidity.
